Brighton fishing for Pollack on the deep water wrecks. Ocean Warrior 3 has started to go wrecking. On a Brighton fishing mark, which we fish a lot when we are fishing off of Brighton Philip Pepper from Really Wrecked SAC caught some nice double figured Pollack using red gill lures.
We caught 15 Pollack throughout the day and that should only get better on the Brighton fishing marks. February is one of the best times for some big catches, so if you are looking for a great days fishing on the Brighton fishing marks call David Elliott on 07966 377145.Google+
Ocean Warrior 3 continues to catch some big Cod on the open ground, off the south coast of Newhaven.
Stuart Cross had the biggest one this week so far with his Cod of 17lb 4oz, caught on cuttlefish as bait. There are still plenty of Whiting showing, with quite a few Cod around the 14lb mark this week.
We have still have spaces mid-week for part/full and individual bookings, so if you fancy a good days fishing off the south coast give Dave a call on 07966 377145.
Winter Cod are starting to show in numbers.
Stuart Cross has had the biggest one so far with his at 16lb 6oz, caught on squid. There are also some nice sized Whiting showing aswell.

Alfie’s crew had day inshore Cod fishing on the open ground aboard Ocean Warrior 3. They had a few Cod, the biggest was 15lb caught on Lugg and Squid. There were also plenty of good sized Whiting showing.
It looks like they are showing early this year as it is not even October yet. Fishing should only get better as the weather gets colder.

There are still some good sized Plaice coming up off Brighton. It has been a great year for them, along with some nice Black Bream on the wrecks. Still some Cod on the drift but starting to slow up now. Also had some nice Plaice while fishing off Shoreham area.Google+

There are still some Conger upto 60lb showing at the moment along with some good Bass on the wrecks. Next month will be inside for the winter Cod starting to show along with the Whiting as the wrecks will start to slow up in October.Google+

This month there has been some great Black Bream showing in numbers and also some good Cod on the drift. Congers are still in full flow on the better tides on the wrecks off Brighton.
Inshore fishing is still producing some good Plaice, Dabs, Mackerel and Black Bream and it won’t be long until we are catching Cod and Whiting on the ground marks off Brighton.

Don Matthews and his crew went out Conger fishing. Had a great day with over 40 eels caught. (all were returned to sea alive)
The biggest was caught by Jamie Hancock at 60lb. On the day they also caught Cod, Pollack and the Black Bream are just starting to show. There are also stacks of Mackerel around.Google+
