Woody booked up for winter Cod fishing trip.   He managed to catch his personal best Bass of 14lb, which was caught on an inshore reef using Mackerel flapper for bait.

We also had Conger, Undulate Ray, Thornback Ray, plenty of Black Bream and the odd Cod starting to show.  It won’t be long before we start getting the Cod and Whiting, just wait for the weather to get colder.

Brian with a nice double figured winter Cod while Newhaven winter sea fishing.  We caught it inshore using cuttlefish bait.

It is a good time to go Newhaven winter sea fishing as there are some good sized Whiting and the Cod are now starting to show on in the inshore marks.

We are just waiting for the weather to become a bit calmer for the Newhaven winter sea fishing and hoping to get out next week for some inshore fishing.

If you want more information, check our main website www.oceanwarrior3.com for details about the fishing throughout the year.  If you would like to go on a Newhaven winter sea fishing trip, give Dave a call on 07966 377145 or use the booking form on the website.
